Dressed in a red and white glittered suit, he is holding a red and gold glittered staff and standing on a matching glittered base decorated with red gemstone accents. His carousel hat is beautifully decorated with red, green and gold glitter and red gemstones. Each white horse has a matching saddle and gold glittered hoofs.
